Shipping Policy

PLEASE NOTE the shipping is free to the contiguous United States. Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, Canada, or other locations outside of the United States please contact our Customer Service Team for a shipping quote.

1. Shipping Address

CycevSun operates 6 warehouses across the United States, allowing us to ship orders from the nearest location for faster delivery. This may lead to some orders arriving in multiple shipments. If you prefer to receive your order in a single delivery, please contact our Customer Service Team to modify the shipping address.

2. Pick Up

Orders can be arranged for pickup at any of our 6 US warehouses.

3. Cancellation

To cancel your order, please contact our Customer Service Department during regular business hours at +1(332) 261-3721.

4. Express Shipping

All orders are shipped through FedEx, UPS, or USPS. Please note that we do not accept shipments to P.O. Boxes.

5. Duties and Taxes

Shipping is duty-free for orders within the contiguous United States. Orders shipped to Canada or international locations may be subject to applicable duty and customs fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Delivery & Overnight

Express and Overnight orders placed after 10:00 a.m. CST will be processed and shipped the next business day. Express and Overnight orders are delivered Monday through Friday, excluding weekends (Saturday and Sunday). For any inquiries regarding Express or Overnight orders, please contact us at +1(332) 261-3721 during our standard business hours (Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. CST).

Shipping times for all orders typically range from 3 to 5 business days.

Please refrain from refusing delivery of any items, as this will incur additional charges for the customer. If the shipping address is modified after the order has been placed, forwarding fees will apply.

7. Product Damages

Customers are required to thoroughly inspect all products upon receipt from the courier. Please ensure that the quantity of each shipment matches the order. Any shortages, damages, or suspected damages must be photographed and noted on the courier slip, then submitted to the courier. While CycevSun is not responsible for loss or damage once the carrier has accepted the shipment, we are happy to assist in notifying or filing a freight claim and facilitating the replacement or repair of damaged or missing items.
